1. Rules
   
   
   1. The customer undertakes not to divulge the password and the username to any third party. If this should be registered, the customer will be deleted immediately.
   2. There is a limit of five unique ip adresses per customer per day. If we register more than five ip adresses, we will assume that rule 1 has been violated.
   3. The customer must use an existing and often used e-mail address in the subscription. Should the customer change E-mail address during an active subscribed period, he is obliged to send a new, existing and often used e-mail address to qpBill. The customers e-mail address will only be used for important messages and qpBill must have the opportunity to contact the customer.
   4. In order to subscribe to adult websites, the customer has to be 18 years of age in order to become a member.
   
   
2. Payment
   
   
   1. The payments are billed by the the company qpBill which accept Visa and Mastercard.
   2. On the customer's bank reference, the sale will be marked as "qpBill.com".
   3. The prices include VAT.
   4. All transactions are carried out by an encrypted approved SSL connection so as to secure the credit card information.
   5. After the first payment has been cleared, the customer will receive an E-mail with a login and a password. The customer will obtain access immediately hereafter.
   6. Membership works as a subscription and is valid as long as customers do not cancel their membership.
   7. Notice of cancellation of a subscription must be given at least one day ahead of the next payment period. It is possible to cancel membership at here. This link is also mentioned in the e-mail from qpBill.
   8. Memberships are automatically renewed on a monthly basis. If the trial periode is more than one month the recurring periodes will be the same as the trial periode to ensure the discount.
   9. It is not possible to change the subscription period afterwards. This can only be done by making a cancellation and joining again for the redefined subscription period.
   10. The customer is responsible for cancelling recurring subscriptions within the right time delay.
   11. If the customer wishes to use a new credit card, it is necessary to cancel the membership and join again with the new card.
   12. If the customer wishes to receive a list of all transactions, he can log in at the customer area and get the necessary information.
   13. Refunds will not be made for expired access periods.
   14. The subscription is a digital Internet product with no statutory right of claim and return according to current EU legislation.
   15. If the customer is deactivated because of a violation of the rules, the last payment made will not be refunded.
   16. Since the websites are operated on an international basis, membership fees are payable in EUR (€).
   
   
3. Installations
   
   
   1. The customer must, as a minimum, use a recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or a recent version of Firefox Mozilla. We take no responsibility and are not liable for the functionality of other browsers. We have optimized the system for most current browsers, so there should be no problems.
      
      For websites with movies or music content Windows Media Player 10 or a more recent version must be installed on the customer's computer. In some cases, flash might be necessary as well. If so, download intructions will be available.
