1. Payment

Q1: How do I cancel a subscription?
Click here and follow the instructions.
Q2: Is it possible to get a complete transaction list at my account?
Yes! Log in to your customer account and click Profile » Transactions in the menu.
Q3: What text will appear on my bank account?
"qpBill.com" and nothing else.
Q4: I have lost or changed my email address. Is it neccesary to inform qpBill about it?
Yes, it is very important that you inform us about it, or else you might miss messages about the billing. Log in to your customer account and send us a message through the menu Help including your new e-mail address.
Q5: Can I get my payment returned?
According to EU law, there are no rights of return if you buy a digital product for direct consumption.
We only provide a refund to customers if the product hasn't been working properly or, if there are strong reasons to suspect that the credit card has been abused.
In the event of a customer forgetting to cancel a membership, this does not constitute legal grounds for a refund. We clearly draw attention to the fact that membership is based on a recurring subscription and, that it is incumbent on the member to cancel the membership in order to stop the automatic renewal of the subscription. When the customer submits a membership application, he recognizes that membership is based on a recurring subscription and he is, therefore, under an obligation to cancel the subscription if and when he should wish to cease being a member. This is also described in the Terms & Conditions. Every time the customer is rebilled, he will receive an invoice by email that confirms the transaction. In other words, there is no excuse for not knowing about the automatic subscription renewal.
All unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud and will be reported to the local police.
Q6: Is it possible to pay without Visa, Master-/Eurocard og JCB?
No! These cards represent the sole available payment options. It is not possible to pay by bank wire, mobile phone or other methods.

2. Access

Q1: I cannot log in with my username and password?
Please check following 3 steps:

1) It is important to write the exact username and password you received. Most login problems are caused by an extra space or letter that doesn't belong to the username/password. Be 100 per cent sure that this is not the case.

2) If you are using a username the login box has remembered from the last login, please delete it. It might be wrong or old and it is possibly the reason why you cannot log in.

3) Your membership might have expired. Log in and check the subscription status in the menu Profile » Transactions.

If none of these steps solve your login problem, please contact us in the customers area of the menu Help
Q2: Will I lose my rights of access after cancelling my membership?
No! You will have access until the expiry of the period you have paid for. So don't worry about cancelling in good time.
